College Activities:
UGC sponsored National Seminar
on “Geo-Ecological Interventions in Drought Prone Regions :
An Interface between Science and Society” was conducted on
March 23rd and 24th, 2007.
- The college was
visited by Dr. A.K. Parate, Joint Secretary, UGC, New Delhi . He held discussions with the
management and the Principal.

An elocution competition
on “Co-operative Movement in
Maharashtra : Problems and Remedies” in
collaboration with Solapur District Co-operative Board.
- A State-level
intercollegiate elocution competition was organized in the
memory of Late Bhausaheb Gandhi, a renowned educationist.
- The Annual Prize
Distribution Function was organized, which was graced by Dr.
Prem Zawar, a reputed medical practitioner of Solapur.
- The college made
available its infrastructure for different examinations and
tests- SET, B.Ed. CET, Engineering Entrance Test, Railway
Recruitment Board Examinations, etc.
- Social Justice
Day was celebrated by arranging lectures by the Chairman of
‘Andhashradha Nirmulan Samiti’, Shri Narendra Dabholkar and
noted Actress Sonali Kulkarni

with Lokmat Yuva Manch. |
